Guest rooms unless otherwise indicated are double occupancy. Our rates range from $85.00 on weekdays to $125.00 on weekends depending on the room and the season. Friday and Saturday night stays include a full breakfast in the morning. A continental breakfast is served all other mornings with the option to purchase a full breakfast. Additional persons (including children) in rooms able to accommodate them, will be charged $20.00 per night. Some extended stay rates do apply for some rooms during off seasons. A two-night minimum is required on select weekends.

A deposit of one night stay is required to guarantee a room. This is payable by credit card at the time of the reservation or personal check received within 7 days of the arrival date. Rooms will only be held with a deposit. Balance of the entire stay is due upon check-in.

Cancellations received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be refunded minus a $10.00 processing fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days will result in a loss of your deposit. A cancellation received less then 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be responsible for the entire balance of the booked stay if the room cannot be rented. Early departures are charged for the entire booked stay.

Check in is from 3:00 pm to 7:00pm. Please call to make special arrangements if arriving at another time, as someone may not always be available to receive you. A late check-in charge may apply for night check-ins. We ask that you park at the front of the house for check-in. Afterwards we will direct you as to where you can park during the duration of your stay with us. Checkout is always 11:00.

Well mannered, children accustomed to traveling are welcome in rooms that can accommodate them. We ask that when traveling with very young children (who may require special sleeping arrangements, cribs etc.) advanced arrangements be made so we can best accommodate you and your family. An additional charge will apply for cribs and crib bedding. We do not have highchairs but we can provide a portable booster seat. The parent or guardians must supply any special foods. There is a refrigerator on the premises for public use.

The Iron Corbel Inn is a non-smoking house. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and on the front porch.

We have a friendly family poodle on the premises. Unfortunately however, our accommodations are not suitable for most pets. In very specific instances we have been able to make special arrangements for guests traveling with a pet. You must inquire about pets in advance of your stay, as we do not generally accept them. We will be more than happy to help you in anyway we can.

Breakfast, served on Saturday and Sunday mornings, is a special part of your experience while staying with us at the Iron Corbel Inn. Each morning guests awaken to a full gourmet breakfast prepared by the innkeepers and served in our formal dining room. Guests can help themselves to hot coffee, specialty teas, juice and/or milk. A table set with a selection of fresh baked muffins or breads accompanied by jams and jellies for guests to partake in themselves followed by a plate of seasonal fruit, and one of our delicious breakfast entrees complete with a side. Breakfast is served at 9:00 each morning. For early risers, the continental items are available at 8:00.

Each afternoon, guests can enjoy a homemade treat. Relax over a cup of hot chocolate or hot tea in the cozy parlor beside a gas fireplace during winter, or rainy cool days. Fresh squeezed lemonade or iced tea on the front porch during the summer. Pieces of fresh fruit, bottled water and other packaged snacks are also complimentary to guests during their stay.
